We have a personal, lovely Yoga Studio in Oceanside, CA. It is new and easy to reach. It is on the historical 101, and you can park directly in front of our studio (2 hours parking) on or Parking Lot next to the building.
Our Yoga Studio offers yoga, meditation, and other self-regeneration classes like fragrant qigong. We are also certified teachers for Yoga, Therapy, Asian healing techniques, etc.
About Kundalini Yoga: Kundalini uses meditation, pranayama (breathwork), asana (exercises), and many other techniques like mantras (subconsciousness reprogramming technique) to support yogis in their practice to unlock their full human potential. It contains aspects of 22 different yoga styles. This practice is so powerful, and the benefits can be felt immediately.

About Angels and Gurus
Angels and Gurus was established in August 2020 in Oceanside, CA. We believe it is important to offer services to ease stress and support the community.
Therefore, we offer Kundalini Yoga, Prenatal (based on Hatha, Kundalini and Yoga Therapy), meditation classes (in-person and online) as taught by Yogi Bhajan, fragrant Qigong, and monthly Angelic Meditation with live Mantra Music (Sound Healing).
We offer artisan and organic tea, coffee, and pastries, healthy food in our Art Cafe. Additionally, we present a collective of local artists and their products in our shop area. Finally, our online shop provides handmade spiritual jewelry like Malas and others.
