His work was ok. Did not go above & beyond. Trying to get scheduled with him is hard. You call & leave a message. He doesn't even listen to your message. He just calls & says "did someone call me from this number". Horrible customer service.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I had a customer of mine who needed help with her mother's lawn. When the job was done she called and wept on the phone because her mother had passed away a week prior to the job and she really appreciated the help during a very difficult time.
