Rental Deposit Details: A $75 security deposit is required for all rentals. Deposits are refunded within 1–2 weeks after the rental date, provided all rental conditions are met. If the original payment was made by credit card within the past 45 days, the refund will be issued back to that card. All other refunds will be processed by check. The Park District reserves the right to assess additional fees for damages or excessive cleanup, which may be deducted from the deposit.

Late Stay: To ensure a smooth transition between scheduled rentals, all events must conclude by the designated end time. Renters who remain beyond their reserved time will incur a fee of $50 for every 30-minute increment (or portion thereof) past the scheduled end time.
