When Pedro came to the door he asked me if I wanted my screens washed as well as the windows. He did not say there would be an up charge for this service so I said YES.
When he was done he said I owed him 75$ !!!
This was not right and I felt very ripped off. I tried to email Bear Clean but the email would not go through.
I am very disappointed and wish I had not given him the extra 75$
