About Big Daddys Home Plate BBQ
Big Daddy's Home Plate BBQ was conceptualized on June 17th, 2017, when the Parker Family began to build a sports-themed BBQ restaurant based on their passion for athletic competition. They strive to build friendships with great service, delicious food, and bonding through their love of sports and camaraderie. Originally from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Chef Parker graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has had over 27 years of experience as a Corporate Executive Chef for Whitsons Culinary Group. His reputation further extends to the softball field within the community, where his pitching skills earned him the nickname "Big Daddy".
