Parking instructions

3473 W. 8th Street. 90005 ( Complimentary Parking - entrance to lot thru side street "Hobart" next to Cafe Heiry "Coffee Shop" restaurant. Park in designated "Spa only" marked spaces between 9-6 p.m. "Spa only" spaces are marked with numbers 14,15, 16, 17. please see attendant if spaces are taken and they will gladly accommodate you with a parking space, just mention that you are going to the spa.

In our desire to be effective and fair to all of our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists time, we have adopted the following policies:

In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule our services.

If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee otherwise, it must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
