About Bootywerk Boot Camp
Bootywerk Boot Camp is a fitness company who was created by a former D1 athlete and coach named Jessica G. Jessica G created this group session to be outside to be more cautious , and to target the glute and leg muscle groups to tone your overall body. This group session is beginner friendly so no extra equipment is needed. This group session is in a positive workout environment. During session the instructor will provide tips and trick to help guide each participant.
