How It Works: The "Signal Blocker"

When you frown, squint, or laugh, your nerves send a signal (acetylcholine) to your muscles to contract. Over years of repeating these expressions, lines become "etched" into the skin.

• Muscle Relaxation: Botox is injected in tiny amounts into specific muscles. It blocks the signal from the nerve to the muscle.
