It is our first time doing yoga. William is very informative in how to position our bodies to get the results that are needed. We would not likely have gotten that detailed instruction in a group setting. We look forward to our next session.
Bought the couples yoga sessions and found it to be beneficial. Our instructor made it easy to follow with instructions and insight. He worked with all our limitations. Always feel relaxed and more flexible with fewer aches and ouchies after each session.
During my first appointment, I found William to be very welcoming and thorough in explaining my posture and how it impacts my overall health. I am new to Yoga and when attending group classes for beginners, always felt out of place. I am pleased to have found Breath and Balance Bodyworks and look forward to working with William and learning about Yoga and the positive benefits for my health.

About Breath and Balance Bodyworks
Breath and Balance Bodyworks likes to keep things personal. The husband-and-wife duo of William Lee Miller, a registered yoga teacher, and Rainbough Phillips, a licensed massage therapist, helm the small studio, offering private yoga sessions and a concise, yet effective menu of massage services. In addition to private yoga, Miller leads fun kids' yoga classes that help tykes with flexibility and teaches them that "namaste" isn't just something you say when someone sneezes. Phillips, meanwhile, offers a variety of massage treatments that pay equal attention to the mind and the body. She soothes tension and relaxes clients with hot-stone, trigger-point, yoga sage, and chair massages.
