ONE STAR!!!! This is a one star review, but I know people sometimes only see the 5 star reviews. The service was standard. And the tech was professional.
THE PROBLEM: The company tries to put you into a subscription service. I declined and told them the one time was all I was looking for. They agreed and scheduled my service appointment. Three months later I got an email and an invoice at my door

Overall a great experience. However, I did have to call them out a second time. The first guy that came out to spray didn’t seem to really spray anywhere except the cabinets. This is why I gave 4 starts instead of five.

Sprayed inside and outside as stated. Also offer 2 month respray if not satisfied. Only been a few days since spraying and no bugs inside but do see a couple in the garage so will keep monitoring them to see if respray is needed.

Service is OK, quick answered the phone and scheduled the services, but the product seems doesn't work at all. All the bugs are still around even just couple of day after the services is done.

The service was good. However, even though it was noted on my paperwork that I was *not* accepting a contract, they kept showing up anyway. It was kind of a pain to "cancel" the service too. Overall, don't do it if you don't want the hassle.
