They did a great job with my brows but I got a lash lift and it didn’t work at all. And they still charged me for it. My lashes are still stick straight.

1. Leftover glues on my eyelids and lashes.
2. They gave you a list of suggested tips at the end of the service plus tax, which was was unprofessional.
3. Making an app only via text, which is odd.

She did a really great job! Clean and calm environment as well. My brows look great! Just a heads up, brow wax or shaping is not included in the lamination

Not realizing it's an room/office space. So there is absolutely no privacy. Along with no respect for covid restrictions. The constant of the answering of the phone in my ear. To top it off, I arrived on time to my appointment and had to wait. At the end felt rushed. I have some crud on my lashes that was never removed. I’ve had better experiences/results regarding lash lifts. Not happy
