• Free-Standing Balloon Garland — One impressive 6-foot balloon display that requires no wall attachment, making it perfect for photo areas, entrances, and flexible placement. Choose up to 3 balloon colors. Setup included.

• Backdrop Rental Package — One backdrop rental with your choice of available styles for a 24-hour rental period. Perfect for photo booths and special moments. Setup and breakdown included.

• Additional Customization Options — Custom themes, specialty balloons, floral walls, shimmer walls, marquee numbers and letters, and custom signage available to elevate your décor even further. Delivery available (additional fees may apply).

• Setup is included with all balloon packages. Breakdown is included for backdrop rentals unless otherwise specified.

• Outdoor balloon installations are subject to weather conditions. Charm City Celebrations is not responsible for balloon deflation, oxidation, popping, color fading, or damage caused by sun exposure, heat, wind, rain, or other weather conditions after setup is completed.

• Balloons are temporary décor and their lifespan may vary based on environmental conditions.

• Custom themes, specialty balloons, floral walls, shimmer walls, marquee letters and numbers, custom signage, and additional décor are available for an additional fee.

• Customer must provide a safe, clean, and accessible setup area before arrival.

• Rental items must be returned in the same condition provided. Damaged, lost, or stolen rental items may result in replacement fees.

• Charm City Celebrations reserves the right to refuse setup in unsafe weather conditions or environments that may damage rental equipment or décor.
