A complete waste of time and money.
Filling out their two-page intake form, I was very clear about where I needed massage: my lower chest. I circled the area on their picture and I described it in words. Then, when the appointment started, I physically pointed to my lower chest and verbally indicated where I needed massage.
While I was getting the massage, I thought, "He seems pretty skilled, but I wonder why it's taking him so long to get to the place where I'd asked for massage...?"
Then he opened the door to leave and indicated that he was done.
I responded, "But what about my lower chest?"
He answered, "Oh, right," works on it for five minutes, and then thanks me and leaves the room.
I'm disgusted that I wasted the time and energy researching a supposedly-reputable place, scheduling, filling out paperwork, and traveling there and back. Apparently I need to do it all over again.
