What to Expect During a Session

Reiki energy healing activates the body's subtle energy systems to remove blocks around the body by transmitting Reiki through the hands of the practitioner. This promotes relaxation, peace, well-being, and security and covers all organs, glands, and main energy centers of the body. By opening these energetic blocks, the body's ability to heal itself is stimulated and can be used along with other therapies.

In Person Reiki Session includes:

• Intention (10-15 min)
• Reiki Session (60 min)
• Integration (10-15 min)

New Client Form: All clients will need to complete the New Client Form either before or during their first session.

Intention: At the beginning of a session, 10 to 15 minutes of conversation is needed to discuss the clients current state and intention for receiving Reiki.

Reiki Session: The Reiki session itself lasts about 60 minutes.

Integration: At the end, 10 to 15 minutes of conversation is needed to discuss the clients state after having received Reiki and start the integration process.

With all these steps in mind, please allow up to one and a half hours for your visit.
