Warning* There’s a $100 extra fee they don’t tell you about. Still a very reasonable price just wish they were upfront about this cost. Also they changed the time of my movers last minute. Everyone was really nice that I interacted with though and the movers themselves were incredible and so speedy and helpful

Very professional. Efficient use of time. Courteous and friendly.

I was told that the move would go quicker with an extra person so I paid for that. Not only did it take longer I had to pay $145 for an extra hour. 6 Months ago I moved with the same company and with only 2 men. the move was completed in 3 hours. With 3 men it took 4. Very disappointed in the amount of time it took to get the job done. The movers where nice and courteous.

I would give these people 100 stars if I could. We encountered a lot of unexpected, stressful situations during the move (due to neither the movers nor myself), and the movers were absolutely optimistic, calm, comforting, and tried whatever they could to make the best out of the situation. They turned a dreadful move into a fun process. I will be calling them back for sure.

Couldn’t be more pleased with Cloud9 services. Coordination call beforehand with Irene was pleasant and straight forward. Movers worked quickly and did a fantastic job. Great experience and I highly recommend!

Irene was very thorough and honest about all expenses during the scheduling process. I added additional furniture to the reservation days before my move. The company adjusted by sending another person and handling the extra load with no complaint. Very fast, proficient, and professional. They are worth the money!

Cloud9 was great. Irene, who helped me set up everything, was especially phenomenal. Our movers were quick and polite and did a great and careful job of moving everything. I’ve already recommended Irene and Cloud9 to others in our building who saw us moving. I will definitely use them again.
