bot groupon for synthetic blend told had to do full synthetic charged full price. didnt rotate tires as included said one tire eas bad and against law to rotate. went to different tire store they said tire were fine and paid to have tires rotated. very unhappy

Gentleman at the desk wasn’t the friendliest individual. Charged me an additional $5.13 and indicated it was tax and state law not to pay it. I’ve never had to pay anything additional after a Groupon purchase.
Wasn’t a big deal until I looked at the receipt. I was charged $5.00 for parts and labor, 13 cents for tax. Must have assumed my blonde hair got in the way of my ability to read.
Regardless, it was cheap, quick, and done well by the techs.
