We Offer 60 or 90 Minute Massage Including Cupping or Scraping Therapy. Each session includes a thorough consultation to ensure a personalized treatment plan, followed by your choice of a therapeutic add-on to enhance your experience and well being. 60 Minute: This session provides a professional consultation and therapeutic massage targeting any area you feel the most tension in, complemented by your choice of either modality, cupping or scraping therapy applied to one or more target areas for the breakdown of adhesion within the fascia, increased circulation, and a "feeling of looseness" within your soft tissues. 90 Minute: Extend your therapeutic experience with an added 30 minutes in order to work with more specificity and thoroughness, also featuring your choice of either cupping or scraping.

cupping and scraping therapy both have many comparisons and contrasts; an example of a comparison is the breakdown/release of fascial adhesion. A contrast is that cupping breaks down adhesion through decompression, scraping breaks down adhesion through compression.
