Great. It was exhausting but very good
I really like the class. It was more realistic than I thought which wasn’t what I expected but it made me more aware of my need to know how to flank off an attacker.
Absolutely LOVE this place. The instructors are fierce, engaging, and really work hard to make sure you are getting a good workout. 5 stars no doubt!

Great experience!! Sean was amazing & looking forward to returning next week!!! I highly recommend them
I went to a Women's Self-Defense class this morning, and I really enjoyed it. The environment was welcoming, everyone was friendly, and the instructor, Sean, thoroughly explained the techniques and spent time individually instructing everyone to make sure we were on the right track. The instructor and my partner were even understanding of an injury I have that complicated my ability to execute some of the moves, and they helped me learn the techniques without injuring myself further. All in all, everything is great so far, and I'm looking forward to taking another class.
I had my first class with Sean today and he was absolutely amazing!! He puts dedication and work into each student and helps them get better in any of their weak points. Would DEFINITELY recommend!!
Good, motivating instructors!
Sean and Travis are great coaches. And the techniques I learned here are things I still use and remember. When I learned a pass on monday I was using it the next day during open mat at working proficiency against a resisting opponent.
I attribute this fast technique application and retention mainly to the fact that the coaching at at comet is top notch.
You get more coach to student ratio than at other places.
If you're messing up during technique drill, Sean and Travis will take the time to help you out until you can get it.
If you want to try out bjj, I suggest stopping by Comet.
