They sent someone out 2 times after my system dint cool after the original visit removed my new filter twice in a week said i wasn't changing it often enough and that the door was leaking which was why my system wasn't colling anymore

Recently moved to the area and bought a house. Although my system was working I wanted to hook up with a local company for maintenance and to make sure my machine was in working order. Cool guys had good reviews and the Groupon simplified things. I had some issues with scheduling my first appt the window came and went and it turned out the tech was stuck at another job so I rescheduled. Then on my rescheduled day I was asked if I could move my appt up. Not deal breakers just something to be aware of. I had two techs come out and they were very personable. They explained alot, took pictures, and made some solid recommendations. They didnt give me a hard sell or make me think my unit was on it's last leg when it isnt. I feel going forward I'm in good hands.
