Ever wished you could easily access those cherished moments on VHS or cassette tapes? Let CVMedia help you out! They offer services to transfer your analog tapes to digital files on a USB stick, just what you need to keep those memories safe.
We transfer the following North American (NTSC) videotape formats:
- VHS & VHS-C tapes
- 8mm / Hi8 video cassettes
- MiniDV
- As well as DVDs and MiniDVDs.
CVMedia does NOT transfer European (PAL) formats or betamax tapes.
Your physical media will be converted to .MP4 files, the most widely supported digital format. We then copy those files to a simple USB stick, ready to plug into your home computer or Smart TV to preserve and enjoy.
Most orders totaling 15hrs of content or less will all fit on a single USB stick. For larger orders, you'll be provided with as many USBs as are needed to deliver your files. When you come to pick up your order, we'll present your USBs and return your original tapes, safe and sound.
Once you have your files, you can copy them to as many devices as you like. Put them on your phone, put them on a hard drive for safekeeping. Upload them to YouTube to share with friends and family. The possibilities are limitless!
