I had my oil change at Dekra. The technician explained the different types of oil changes & suggested a high mileage oil change for my Ford Escape hybrid. Great experience. They were fast and courteous.

Update to earlier review. Got home and oil was leaking. Took the car to my mechanic. Oil plug was about to all out. DO NOT GO HERE!

Great service. I went to the shop off of Webb's Chapel. Ii didn't take long. The attendant was helpful, polite, and always had a smile. Even though he was the only one working, he was efficient with his time and expressed concern for his customers.

I don’t think I have ever been as angry with an establishment as I am with this one. They really took advantage of the lack of my knowledge on car maintenance they told me I had to pay 10.00 extra dollars for a special oil filter for my particular car,no one else has ever mentioned that to me before when I got an oil change. By the time they were done I had to pay them 25. Dollars. Total rip-offs
