Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
All of the Yoga poses are designed for your needs. There is no one size fit's all mentality. Come to the mat as you are.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Yoga has changed my life greatly. I wanted everyone should have access to the practice of Yoga. Yoga is a community practice.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing someone come into the studio with stress, aches and pains, even uncertainty, then at the end of class the client changes for the better. People feel better about themselves.
