Love the classes, teachers are great, love the dharma wheel classes! Though I would say the classes generally expect at least an intermediate level. Definitely go to the beginner specific classes if you need it.

Lovely space. Very minimal instruction and few-no modifications given for students in the class who were struggling. I'm a yoga teacher myself and while I can do advanced poses I felt more space should have been given for students to modify, especially during inversions (not everyone can or should invert). Open to trying another class with a different teacher.
