- Location:Diner Ross is Located at the LINQ, 3535 Las Vegas Blvd. Look for the giant, sparkly DISCOSHOW sign across from Caesars Palace. The restaurant can be accessed directly from the Strip pavement next to Dunkin’ or from inside the LINQ Hotel & Casino. First stop – head through the silver doors into 99 Prince, grab a cocktail, work your way to the Glitterloft (another cocktail?), and there, tucked in the corner, you’ll find the entrance to Diner Ross. Diner Ross and the Glitterloft are up a flight of stairs, elevator is available. Get ready to Dine like a Disco King (or Queen)!
