Check in will begin at our store. From there, you will drive to Keauhou Bay where the crew will meet you for your tour. Location details will be contained in your confirmation email. Guests are responsible for their own transportation.

NEED TO KNOW:

• This is considered an intermediate ocean tour
• Snorkel participants must be comfortable with swimming
• If you are unable to swim and would like to remain on the boat, we welcome you. "Ride alongs" are a paid ticket as it is a reserved seat on the boat
• Guests can expect to spend approximately 30 minutes in the water
• Short boat ride to snorkel site (5 min)
• Not wheelchair accessible
• Must be able to climb up a metal ladder to board the boat
• We have full discretion to refuse service to guests based on attire, behavior, physical fitness & condition
• Restrooms not available on boat
• Minimum age: 6 yrs old
• Maximum age: 70 yrs old
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times

• No refunds, credits, reschedules or re-rides are given in the event we do not get to view mantas the night of your tour or if you do not show for your scheduled tour. These terms are FINAL; no exceptions.
