They were very friendly and thorough. I had neglected the interior of my car for a long time. I don't know how they got all the crumbs out of the carpet between the front seats and center console, but they did. My 2018 sedan interior looked brand new! It smelled fresh and clean too. Plus, I got to support a local small business. Win, win.
