What makes your business stand out from the competition?
I'm not about a quick fix. I'm about getting under the hood and dealing with the REAL stuff that's standing between you and the body you want. If I have it my way, by the time we finish working together, you'll never have to call me again.
Weight loss is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
In my 10 years of coaching people to lose weight, I've found the key to motivation, consistency, and long lasting results is the ability to find fun in the journey. If you love the food you're eating and the workouts you're doing, it stops being difficult to stay on track.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
The weight loss industry is full of so many gimmicks and get-thin-quick schemes that inevitably leave people back where they started. I wanted to provide something more real and ever lasting. I wanted a platform where I could spread my love of nutrition, while leaving people confident, energized, and strong.
What do you love most about your job?
I love seeing my clients not just transform their body, but transform their life. The strength, confidence, and energy they develop in my programs end up affecting their relationships, their career... everything. It empowers them to start really living the life of their dreams, and that's incredible to watch.
