Parking is parking. It’s the staff that made this a five star experience for me. This is the second time I’ve used this lot — both for stays over a week — and both times the gate folks were super friendly and helpful, and the shuttle drivers were a delight.

The people we spoke to were very nice. However, they didn't give us a ticket with our space on it after we were picked up, which isn't too big of a deal. However, we called as soon as our flight landed just after midnight and then made our way to the pick up lane. We waiting a total of 30 minutes and had to make 3 calls to get a van there. We were told by another services driver that this happens all the time.

This shuttle does not drop off on the international side. The parking was great for the price but my car has ants crawling everywhere inside now. I read the reviews where someone mentioned this but they said don't park under a tree. I was nowhere near a tree and still have ants. Beware of the ants and clean your car before parking there.
