Although the aesthetician was very nice, she definitely needs to hone her skills in the basic application of products and absolutely massage skills. I was a aesthetician in my previous life and know that there is absolutely a need for improvement in order for her to deliver a much better experience for her clients.

Alex was very gentle and welcoming. I went with two friends and she gave each of us equal attention and seemed to have a 6th sense of which of us preferred chit chat and which preferred quiet for our facials. Our skin was so soft and glowing afterwards. I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The studio she works out of was difficult to find and rather small.

Local Treats and Herb Tea will be offered with your spa service. In the spa we use Eminence Organic Skin Care. Embrace Organics Day Spa is in a very private location with the most perfect view of Downtown Asheville.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? My father owned a business of his dreams for 25 years. As I child I learned to follow my dream and being a spa owner Is defiantly mine. I am very dedicated to skin care, and to me it is amazing and constantly evolving. There is always something new to help others achieve there skin care goals.
What do you love most about your job? What I love the most about my job is meeting new people, and people from out of town. I love helping others achieve any goals they have for there skin. What I really enjoy as well is giving others the most ultimate spa relaxation experiences and making friendly connections with others.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Gave excellent customer service! Also having a client hug me and say thank you so much! That was the most relaxing experience they have had in a very long time.
