Spa Policy Reserve your appointment with a card A credit or debit card is required to book your appointment. This is for all client's and every service. If you call and schedule your appointment you are still Required to provide A credit or debit card.  

Cancellation policy Cards will not be charged unless appointments are canceled without proper notice or clients don’t arrive to a scheduled appointment. All cancellations within 48 hours will be charged 50% of service price. Rescheduling an appointment with less then 48 hour notice is deemed as a cancellation and will be processed as such. Failure to attend a scheduled appointment will result a 100% charge of service. (Clients scheduling an appointment with a valid Groupon and who cancel or don’t attend appointment will be charged cancellation/no-show fee.)
