About Felix's Handmade Empanadas
Felix Empanadas was started in 2017 as a food truck in Charlotte. A fan base quickly formed and with some time a brick and mortar in Optimist Hall was built. Felix was always around his grandmother who taught him to make empanadas from a young age and he uses the same recipes to this day nearly 25 years later. Our diverse menu offers authentic Argentinean empanadas and international fusion empanadas. No cut corners, hand folded, local beef, and fresh ingredients.
