"What I try to accomplish with Fitch's Kitchen is to grasp something delicious from another place of the world, other than California," says Chef Fitch. "And to try to duplicate it or even improve it." This means that the menu is stocked with dishes such as the Whatever Sandwich. This sandwich's ingredients are as unusual as its name, boasting Greek gyro meat, spicy chipotle sauce, and sprinkled with queso fresco. There's also turkey gruyere paninis, southwestern chicken pasta, and vegetarian Malibu wraps to choose from, each made with fresh ingredients and a loving touch. Why? As Chef Fitch puts it, "because putting a single smile on someone's face is the ultimate goal for me or any other chef."
