I've only used a personal trainer one other time in my life (15 years ago) so I wasn't sure if this was the right thing to do. But I was wrong. So far, with only two sessions under my belt, I'm glad I pulled the trigger.
I've had Alex for both sessions and feel he is thorough and knows his stuff. After the first session, I felt great and was encouraged by my results (ie: I survived and was able to walk out on my own, without any help - kidding!).
After today's second session, I can feel my workout in deeper tissue and am encouraged by my results, again. Not bad aching, but that really deep, really good, satisfying muscle fatigue that you want after a good workout.
I'll do what's needed to survive four more sessions :-) I only hope to live up to the goals I've set for myself - and feel confident I will with Alex's guidance.
