Michael was the technician that came in to provide the service. He was very professional, he came in with his PPE for COVID precautions on, introduce himself and the other staff with him and he explained all that he was going to be doing. He did not push for extra services unnecessarily. I highly recommend them.

Service was fine, went up to the roof to clean the clogged lint. the coupon I bought is for 1)dryer vent cleaning, 2)air duct cleaning, 3)furnace inspection. I told them just to do the dryer vent cleaning and waive the other two services. I was charged extra $79 for going up to the roof to clean. I thought it's a bit unfair for the extra charge since the time saved for not doing the air duct cleaning pretty much equals the time for going up to the roof.
