About Flight Room
The Flight Room lets students experience the feeling of flight and take their practice to a whole new level and explore new possibilities in strength and flexibility by changing the center of gravity and point of focus. The classes aim to give them a chance to release tight muscles through myofascial release and decompressing the spine as well as to create more space in the body and take the pressure off the joints. The hope is that everybody can energize through inversions and take flight with happy hormones.
