For every 90-min appointment, $30 must be paid before being scheduled! If Four Shadez Holistic Spa needs to reschedule you, there is no cancellation fee, and you get an additional 10 min added for free to your appointment. For a no-show, no-call, even with Groupon, you must pay $50. Limit 1 per person(s), may buy 2 additional as gift(s). May be repurchased every 90 days.
