Motivating instructors lead them through workouts suitable for all levels of fitness, such as barre, Pilates, yoga, Ab Lab, and Functionally Fit. Personal trainers, meanwhile, help clients stay on track or preserve good form while attempting new exercises, such as weightlifting at the squat rack.
