- Parking: Parking is included in the resort fee, limit to (1) parking pass per reservation. Additional city parking is available for $15 per day. Boats, trailers, and other recreational vehicles are not permitted on the property or in parking areas. Oversized vehicles (6'6" or taller) parking is EXTREMLY LIMITED. For multiple or oversized vehicles, please contact the resort before arrival. Assigned parking passes must be present in all vehicles either in front window dash or hanging from the rearview mirror.
- Smoking policy: Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking in guest rooms or on the premises which include balconies. Please inquire with guest services for designated smoking areas.
- Pet policy: Pets are not permitted with the exception of Service Animals and must be registered at the Front Desk; this does not include emotional support animals.
