- Check-out: Before 11:00 AM
- Resort fee: $17.50 + tax, charged nightly. Includes maintenance for on-site amenities, parking, pool towels, and local and domestic long-distance calls.
- Parking: One complimentary parking pass is provided per reservation; city parking is available for $15 per day as an alternative. Oversized vehicle parking is very limited and not guaranteed. Motorcycles are allowed (one space per reservation); trailer parking is not permitted.
- Smoking policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted in guest rooms or on balconies. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if there is any evidence of smoking in guest rooms or on the premises, which include balconies. Please inquire with guest services for designated smoking areas.
- Pet policy: Pets are not permitted with the exception of service animals, which must be registered at the Front Desk; this does not include emotional support animals.
