Know Before You Go

- Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 is required in order to travel with Gate 1 Travel.
- A passport is required for all travel outside the U.S.
- Passports must be valid for at least six months after the date of travel, and contain at least two blank visa pages.
- Before international travel, always check the State Department’s website for important info on the destination and its entry/exit requirements.
- CDC Travel Order: Effective 11/8/21 all air passengers 2 years or older arriving to the US from a foreign country must get tested for COVID-19 infection no more than 3 days (Travelers Fully Vaccinated) and no more than 1 day (Travelers Not Fully Vaccinated) before their flight departs and to provide proof of the negative result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 to the airline before boarding the flight. Best trip we ever trip. The country is beautiful, from the volcanos to the beaches. Even the people were courteous and polite at every turn. We loved it so much, we are even considering moving there.

Loved it. Plane was late leaving out of Boston, but the taxi service was still waiting in Milan when I arrived.

This was the best vacation of my life!! The only thing I would have done differently would have been to book direct flights from Paris to Italy and Italy to Chicago. We spent an entire day flying due to flying in the afternoon and the layover going from Paris to Italy. So, we lost a day of sightseeing. Otherwise, everything was wonderfully planned and layed out for us! Gate 1 Travel-awesome!!

We had a fabulous time in Iceland. The hotel was very close to the pick-up for all events. Well worth the money we paid for the trip. Bring you own food for the plane ride though. It is long and the options weren't fabulous on the plane.

Since I can't rate this trip do to it being 5 months away and Covid-19 just mucking about, I thought u would review a prior trip. The tale begins as any other tale, one of mystery and suspense. The year was 2017 and I flew to Rome with a woman who was not my wife. We had a great time,l. It rained almost every day but I was able to touch history and breath in the city that is Rome. Hope to return.
