Great Value Vacations was terrible to work with. Their failure to confirm our flights with United caused us to lose two days of our trip. We got to the United counter to be told that GVV did not confirm our flight home and when we called to get things straightened out we were on hold for 4 hours causing us to miss all flights for the day. They refused reimbursement for the two missed days even though it was their fault. United was great and upgraded our seats due to GVV's lack of customer service. Will never book with them again.

What they don't provide but should:
1) a detailed itinerary with all information (flight, rental car, hotels) in one place
2) 24 hour help line for travelers
3) picking quality hotels
4) helping with flight cancellations
5) good customer service
6) technical support on weekends (web crashed on a saturday and could not be fixed until monday)

It has been a complete nightmare- major regret and completely disappointed. We have yet to go due to great value vacations operations, logistics, coordination and communication. We are extremely upset.

Great vacation in PR. The hotel was older but located beachfront which was extremely nice. Restaurants on property were great and a close taxi ride to Old San Juan. Great deal all around from Great Value. Looking forward to the next offer.

Was a trip of a life time. My wife and I took this trip for our Honeymoon, and we can not Wait to take our kids! Ireland is such a magical place, and the hotels we stayed at were amazing. The people we met and the things to do were endless! I highly recommend using this company for your trips, it took ALL of the headache out of planning and you get to enjoy your trip!
