No — purchasing the voucher does not book your trip. Purchasing a Groupon voucher entitles you to book a ‘Limited Time Offer’ vacation package at a rate specifically discounted for Groupon customers. After buying, follow the instructions in the How To Book section. Finish the steps as soon as possible to secure your preferred dates.

Not all dates are offered at the Groupon rate. Check the Great Value Vacations special offers page to see eligible dates. If your preferred date isn’t available at the Groupon price, you may need to pay any additional amount at GVV’s checkout or adjust your travel dates.

Yes — your Groupon voucher is not tied to a specific traveler.

Your voucher is fully refundable to your original payment method or as Groupon Bucks until you submit your vouchers to the merchant or within 3 days of purchase, whichever comes first. After 3 days and until the deal expiry date ("Book by" date available in "Need To Know Info" section), refunds for unredeemed vouchers are issued as Groupon Bucks. Once the deal has expired, vouchers are no longer eligible for a refund; however, amount paid never expires. Once your booking is confirmed with the merchant, it is fully non-refundable and non-transferable unless you purchase the optional Travel Protection Plan at the time of booking.
