You'll have an open itinerary to see the sights you want to on this vacation in the cities of Auckland and Sydney, and in one option, the island paradise of Fiji from Pacific Holidays. As the largest city in Australia, Sydney is often referred to as the "crown jewel" of the Southern Hemisphere. In Auckland, you can admire its glittering harbors, beaches, and skyscrapers from the Sky Tower. In Fiji, on the other hand, you can soak up the sun, enjoy pristine beaches, and lush rainforests.

  • Cross the Harbour Bridge: It takes about an hour to cross this Sydney bridge and head back by foot, but the view from high atop the Pylon Lookout is well worth it.
