Does buying the Groupon voucher mean my trip is booked?
No — purchasing the voucher does not complete your reservation. After buying, follow the instructions on your voucher to contact Travel by Jen and confirm your travel dates and departure city. You can also call (800) 603-3178 to book by phone. You must book no later than April 10, 2026.
Can I travel solo?
Yes — a solo travel supplement of $459 applies for all dates. The standard price is based on 2 travelers sharing a room. Call Travel by Jen at (800) 603-3178 when booking to arrange solo travel.
Is car insurance included with the rental car?
No — mandatory car insurance is not included and starts at $30 per day. A refundable deposit of up to $1,000 is also required at vehicle pickup for the duration of the rental.
Can I bring my kids?

What if my preferred travel date isn’t available at the Groupon price?
