What does “all-inclusive” include?
Your all-inclusive stay at Krystal Grand Puerto Vallarta includes all meals at on-site restaurants, unlimited alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and full access to resort amenities — pools, beachfront, entertainment, and more — throughout your 4-night stay. Airport transfers are not included but are available as an optional add-on for $49/person.

What is the full cancellation policy?
Your voucher is fully refundable to your original payment method or as Groupon Bucks until you submit your voucher code to the merchant or within 3 days of purchase, whichever comes first. After 3 days and until the deal expiry date (“Book by” date available in the “Need To Know Info” section), refunds for unredeemed vouchers are issued as Groupon Bucks. Once the deal has expired, vouchers are no longer eligible for a refund; however, the amount paid never expires. Once your booking is confirmed with the merchant, the merchant’s cancellation policy applies. Airfare is non-refundable once booked.
