Cancellation Policy

Your Groupon voucher is refundable until deal expiration date ("Book by" date) or until you submit your voucher code to the Tour Operator. Once you submit and finalize your booking with the merchant, it becomes non-refundable through Groupon, and all further changes are subject to the merchant's cancellation policy. How To Book

1.Get Your Voucher — Purchase your voucher — one per person (2 or more). Pricing is based on 2 travelers sharing a room; solo travel is available for an additional fee.

2.Contact Tour Operator — Travel by Jen at (800) 603-3178 (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. ET). Please have the following details on hand, voucher #, credit card information, as well as name and date of birth as they appear on passports for all passengers. Present voucher and credit card at check-in arrival.

3.Finalize Your Booking — Travel by Jen will send booking forms to confirm traveler details and finalize your reservation. If you choose upgrades or add-ons, they’ll share the balance due for additional payment.

4.Receive Your Documents & Enjoy! — Once confirmed, you'll receive your full travel documents at least 30 days before departure. Pack your bags — your adventure awaits!

Does buying the Groupon voucher mean my trip is booked?

No — purchasing the voucher does not confirm your reservation. After buying, follow the instructions in How To Book or on your voucher. For best availability, reach out within two weeks of purchase.

What is included in the all-inclusive package?

The all-inclusive package at both V Samana and Emotions Juan Dolio covers all meals and drinks, including alcoholic beverages, entertainment, and non-motorized watersports.

Are airport and inter-resort transfers included?

No, ground transfers between the airport and hotels, and between the V Samana and Emotions Juan Dolio resorts, are not included. You will need to arrange these independently.

What are the age requirements for this trip?
