The excitement of a Mystery Getaway lies in its surprise element — destinations are assigned at random and cannot be chosen. Once a booking is made through the online form, it enters the draw. From that point onward, the booking is non‑refundable. While refunds are not available if you are dissatisfied with the allocated trip, our sales team can help you explore available alternatives based on your departure date and preferred airport. To ensure the best availability, vouchers should be redeemed promptly once your destination is confirmed.

No, a passport is not required for this deal. All trips are within the United States, so you only need a valid form of U.S. identification for travel.
