Each Mystery Getaway package for one person (based on two people sharing) includes roundtrip flights and 3-star or 4-star hotel accommodation to a surprise destination, along with a free personal item for your flight. Your specific destination and trip length (2, 4, or 7 nights) will be revealed after booking.
How do I book my Mystery Getaway after purchasing a voucher?
After purchasing your vouchers, you will need to fill out the online redemption form with your preferred travel dates or or provide them by phone. The travel provider will contact you within 72 hours to reveal your mystery vacation destination. Your confirmation invoice will be sent within 48 hours of booking completion, and travel documents will follow 14 days before departure.
Are my preferred travel dates submitted via form or by phone guaranteed?
Your preferred dates are used to enter the lottery draw for your trip within the Gold, Silver, or Bronze tier, so they are not guaranteed as your final departure date. Once your destination is revealed, the tour operator will work with you to confirm a suitable departure date, finding alternatives if your selected dates are unavailable.
When will I find out my mystery destination and trip length?
Your surprise destination and trip length (which could be 2, 4, or 7 nights) are randomly assigned and revealed to you within 72 hours after you complete the online redemption form with your available flight dates. The draw has a pot of 2000 vouchers, with different tiers for varying trip lengths and destinations.
Can I choose my destination or receive a refund if I don't like my assigned destination?
The excitement of a Mystery Getaway lies in the surprise—destinations are assigned at random and cannot be chosen. Once you submit the online booking form, your entry is placed in the draw. Refunds are not available if you’re unhappy with the assigned trip; however, the tour operator’s sales team can help explore alternative options based on your departure date and preferred airport. To secure the best availability, redeem your voucher promptly once your destination is confirmed.
What costs are NOT covered by the package?
The package does not cover carry-on or checked bags, in-flight meals, or airport transfers. Additionally, some destinations may incur a resort fee, which is subject to the specific location. Additional fees may also apply for departure airports not explicitly listed.
