How do I book my Mystery Getaway after purchasing a voucher?
After purchasing a minimum of two vouchers, you will need to fill out the online redemption form with your preferred travel dates. The travel provider will contact you within 72 hours to reveal your mystery vacation destination. Your confirmation invoice will be sent within 48 hours of booking completion, and travel documents will follow 14 days before departure.
When will I find out my mystery destination and trip length?

The excitement of a Mystery Getaway lies in its surprise element — destinations are assigned at random and cannot be chosen. Once a booking is made through the online form, it enters the draw. From that point onward, the booking is non‑refundable and non‑transferable to another destination. While refunds are not available if you are dissatisfied with the allocated trip, our sales team can help you explore available alternatives based on your departure date and preferred airport. To ensure the best availability, vouchers should be redeemed promptly once your destination is confirmed.
What are the passport requirements for international travel?
A valid passport is required for all travel outside the U.S. Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel date and contain at least two blank visa pages. We recommend checking the State Department's website for specific entry and exit requirements for your revealed destination before international travel.
What costs are not covered by the package?
