If the departure dates show a range — how do I select my specific travel date?
On this page, simply select the date range that includes your preferred departure date. After purchasing your voucher, you will complete the booking form, where you will be asked to list your top three preferred departure dates within that range. This helps the team secure the best available option for your trip.
Are all travel dates available at the Groupon price?

No — Italy charges local tourist taxes that are paid directly to the hotel at check-out and are not included in the Groupon price. Current rates are approximately €6/room/night in Rome and Florence, and €3.50/room/night in Venice. These fees are set by local municipalities and are subject to change.
Can I fly from a city not listed on Groupon?
Yes — call Weekender Breaks at 1-929-207-0129 (Mon–Sun, 9am–9pm ET) to inquire about departures from other cities. Select any listed gateway on Groupon to purchase your voucher, then discuss your preferred departure airport with the Tour Operator when redeeming.
What is the full cancellation policy?
Your voucher is fully refundable to your original payment method or as Groupon Bucks until your booking is confirmed with the merchant or within 3 days of purchase, whichever comes first. After 3 days and until the deal expires (“Book by” date available in the “Need To Know Info” section), refunds for unredeemed vouchers are issued as Groupon Bucks. Once the deal has expired, vouchers are no longer eligible for a refund; however, amount paid never expires.
