Croatian is the official language in Croatia; Montenegrin is spoken in Montenegro. English is widely spoken throughout tourist areas in Dubrovnik and Kotor.

FAQs
Does buying a Groupon voucher mean my trip is booked?
No — purchasing the voucher does not automatically book your trip. After buying, check your email for a booking confirmation link from Worldee. Open the link, fill in your traveler details, and submit the form to confirm your reservation. Your trip is only secured after this step — complete it as soon as possible to lock in your preferred dates. A summary email is sent ahead of your trip with all your flight, hotel, and travel details. Boarding passes are sent no later than 8 hours before departure.
What’s the full cancellation policy?
Your voucher is fully refundable to your original payment method or as Groupon Bucks until your booking is confirmed with Worldee, or within 3 days of purchase, whichever comes first. After 3 days and until the deal expires (see “Book by” date), refunds for unredeemed vouchers are issued as Groupon Bucks. Once the deal has expired, vouchers are no longer eligible for a refund — however, the amount paid never expires. Once your booking is confirmed, Worldee’s cancellation policy applies. For more flexible terms, ask Worldee about the Cancellation Option Freedom when finalizing your booking. Airfare is non-refundable once booked.
Is transportation between Dubrovnik and Montenegro included?
Transportation within the destination is not included in the package price.
