FAQs
Does buying a Groupon voucher mean my trip is booked?
No — purchasing the voucher does not automatically book your trip. After buying, contact Worldee as soon as possible — call (917) 540-7224 (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm ET) or email [email protected] with your voucher codes to confirm your travel dates. A summary email is sent 14 days before your trip with your flight, car rental, and hotel details, along with your car rental and accommodation vouchers. Boarding passes are sent no later than 8 hours before departure, though in most cases they arrive earlier.
What’s the full cancellation policy?
Your voucher is fully refundable to your original payment method or as Groupon Bucks until your booking is confirmed with the merchant, or within 3 days of purchase, whichever comes first. After 3 days and until the deal expires (see “Book by” date in “Need To Know Info” section), refunds for unredeemed vouchers are issued as Groupon Bucks. Once the deal has expired, vouchers are no longer eligible for a refund — however, the amount paid never expires. Once your booking is submitted and confirmed, the merchant’s cancellation policy applies – for the Cancellation Option Freedom (more flexible terms), align with Worldee when finalizing your booking. Airfare is non-refundable once booked.
Are park tickets (Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios, Disney World) included?
Park tickets are not included in the base package price but are available as optional add-ons through Worldee. Kennedy Space Center is available from $77 per person, Universal Studios from $124 per person, and Walt Disney World from $119 per person.
